Orders received before 10.00 a.m will be despatched the same day. Please allow a little longer during busy periods.

In line with Royal Mail's April 2012 (outrageous) price increases we have had to increase our postal charges accordingly. Please note that we only use postal boxes and secure wrapping to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

Our U.K postal rates are applied per order and NOT per item:

UK 2nd Class Recorded Delivery £3.45 OR 1st Class Recorded Delivery £3.95 - sometimes we send larger items unrecorded due to the inherent cost, if you have a problem with lost mail, please notify us. 

UK Special Delivery (NEXT DAY) £6.90 - Orders must be received before 10.00 a.m as our post goes at noon daily.

Our international postal rates: 

Worldwide 'International Signed-For' is £9.50 per order NOT per item. All jewellery items are sent using this service. It requires a signature upon delivery.

On heavier items such as bags we will send your items via standard AIRMAIL as to send via 'International Signed for' would be monstrously expensive. We will contact you via email to confirm this before your order is posted. If you do require a recorded service please email us for a quote.
