The charms include: brown leather heart with beaten effect heart overlay impressed with the words 'freedom' 'respect' 'diversity', clear hand-cut Swarovski heart within silver disc frame.  Reverse side impressed with A & C logo. The charms hang from A & C logo bail. The various charms measure from 2cm/20mm up to 3cm/30mm. Curb chain (3mm wide) measures 29 inches/74 cm to an adjustable 31.5 inches/80cm.
