www.themidgetgem.co.uk is a site for personal shopping and our terms and conditions are below.

Your order will be processed by our 100% secure server by Paypal. You don’t need to have a paypal account in order to use Paypal.  

Your privacy is assured we NEVER sell your details to third parties.

Delivery times are a guide and as such are not guaranteed - please check with us on 01484 604876 (during shop hours) or via email: contact@themidgetgem.co.uk should you require your item for a certain date and we will endeavour to help.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Incorrect Deliveries

To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition, all goods are carefully checked prior to dispatch.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will happily exchange it or refund it for you provided that:

  1. You have informed us by email prior to the return of goods within 7 days of receipt
  2. The goods are returned to us unused with all the labels and tags intact.
  3. The goods are accompanied by a receipt of purchase (we recommend you keep a copy of this receipt for your records)
  4. The goods are suitably and adequately wrapped in appropriate packaging for return to us.
  5. Please note earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons.

The costs of postage or delivery for returns of this nature are the responsibility of the customer and therefore the cost of return postage will not be included in the refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 days onto your credit card minus the initial postage costs, once the goods have been received by us.

If we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are received as 'damaged', the customer must contact us by email within 2 days of receipt, quoting name, order reference number and the nature of the problem. We will then endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. In this case any return postage will be refunded to the customer.

The company reserves the right to refuse claims for non-delivery, damaged goods or shortages if the customer fails to take the actions outlined above and hence the customer will be liable for payment of all goods notwithstanding any alleged non-delivery or shortage of goods if the foregone conditions have not been complied with.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

The contract between you and ‘Themidgetgem’ shall be governed by English Law and you and ‘Themidgetgem’ submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
