Antique Fine Quality Madame De Pompadour Framed Painting Signed Reynold Boucher

Madame de Pompadour, hand painted original presented under glass with a very fine quality bronze frame. 18 cm x 13 cm. This pretty painting is after Francis Boucher by 'Reynold'. French. The frame is very fine quality and has a lovely aged patina. Glass is intact but may have been replaced. This is a finely detailed painting by a competent hand. I haven't had the picture out so there is a little dust etc trapped under the glass. You can see discernible brush strokes upon close inspection. Watercolour painted on bone, was very common in the 1700 to 1800s.
