Pretty pendant necklace, 4cm/40mm in length x 1.7/17mm maximum width.  It is hung on a silver plated chain measuring 15 inches/38 cm to an adjustable 18.5 inches/47 cm. 

The ring sits flat against the fingers, so you're not always catching it like some ring designs. The enamelling is quite lovely, they have used various types including watercolours (transparent) opaque and shimmering. The flowers are further embellished with coordinating Swarovski crystals and tiny pearls. 100% nickel free oxidised silver plate. Focal measures 4 cm/40 mm at its widest.
