We recently ordered a thistle brooch from this lovely company, and from the moment we ordered it, the staff have been extremely helpful! They contacted us right away after the order was placed to keep us informed on the shipping status, and updated along the way. Shipping was very fast! The brooch was packaged extremely well, there was no way it could have received damage from how much care and time they put into making sure it got to us safely. The brooch was placed neatly into a jewelry gift box and wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper, ready to gift to someone. The brooch itself is gorgeous, even more beautiful in person! Super happy with this order, will absolutely order again!!
