I cannot praise The Midget Gem highly enough and would recommend them to anyone. I purchased a piece from the Big Baby line, the range is a lot wider and different compared to other places that stock Big Baby merchandise. The item arrived just as they said it would, the transaction was hassel free and it is obvious they have good customer service with attention to detail by wrapping the item in pretty paper, a lovely touch. Dare I say Mary Portas would be most impressed. Many thanks from a very happy customer.

Nothing was too much trouble. They even took pictures of the product to ensure I was happy with the size I ordered. It felt like a present when it arrived it was so wonderfully wrapped - with such care. So very impressed with the customer service. I will be back for sure!!
